Maybe, is there any difference between the US and the EU platforms ?Īctually, their personal accounts are also able to register the MS PS Unfortunately, a free Microsoft account also didn't work, (most of the time URL or login errors). We are paying for your license and we would like to use the tools you provide for us, but at the moment you are forcing us to use different providers. It would be good if you could work out, an easy system to invite external partners ( BY EXTERNAL I MEAN WITHOUT ANY 365 account). Sadly, I got an email from the parliamentary secretariat clearly asking me not to use ms live events platform for webinars anymore, as it is not very stable, and sadly I agree.

Needless to say, the whole situation was especially frustrating for us when we realized that our presenters could not participate. Neither to attend our MS teams meeting nor to support the production of our MS live events. which I guess is not how it supposed to work.Īnother issue is Skype for business support for MS teams meetings or for MS Live events, it virtually doesn't exist and even with our best intentions and our IT staff support, nobody with skype for business managed I partly solved that issue creating faked 365 accounts. Presenters with 365 accounts didn't have that problem. there is always a login error / wrong URL problem. However, even if they downloaded the app, they could not log in with their emails. I invited external partners to present, (no 365 accounts).

(so telling that you can invite external partners its a bit of banding of reality and I think, as a serious company you should not do that). In order to use the MS team’s app, you need 365 accounts.
